Hello, I am currently looking to gain weight. Ive been going to the gym for many months now and just havnt noticed any results. Iam a vegetarian so of course gaining weight is somthing of a task, and as ironic as it may sounds, i want to gain weight and to be able to gain good muscle mass. Ive been told to try protien shakes. Does anyone have any advice on using shakes, and do they work? Ive noticed a product called “Maximuscle” and also am curious if there are any customers who have used the product. I need of help folks.
