and the study is going really well! Only have one page of essay questions left to write. At the rate I’m going, should have them finshed by tonight, which leaves all day thursday to rest up and to review all the lovely essays I’ve written. My perfect grades are so close I can almost smell them!

How I did it: Don't get me wrong, I love this site. Whenever I am lacking in motivation, I can always find some here. What I find tedious is doing the 43folders thing. You know, one folder for each month, and one for each day of the month. hen you put the things that need doing in the folders and move them around as the months pass or if it becomes impractical to do it whn you thought you would. I find having an A5 notebook with a list of all the thing… Read how I did it…
How I did it: found a picture and uploaded it. I don't like having my face on the net, but i think this should do nicely. My mates will know it's me when they see it. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Study is hard. You know you should do it, but it's just so easy to put off. It's all about self-monitoring. Know what you need to do, then keep tabs on yourself. Every time you eat, think about it. Remind yourself that it's only for now, that it won't last forever, then just do it. Even if it's only 15 minutes. Read how I did it…

Today I am proud of myself.
Only had three things on my to-do-list today: wake up, eat, STUDY. It actually worked! I got more done today than I had in the last two weeks. I had planned to get the first of four essay question sets done (cause it’s about 3 times bigger than the others), and i got all but two questions done. So, for an over-ambitious goal, I would call this SUCCESS!!!
Got two days of work up next – so should be able to finish these questions off then. After that there’s four days. One for each of the three remaining sets and one day to review it all. Yay!
Alrighty then! I’ve officially booked in a fitness test with a personal trainer for the afternoon after exams have finished. And have also booked in a physical with the doctor for the day after that. Exams are 8 days away – so fitness really can wait right now.
Yes, I want to complete a triathlon, but I would also like to have some kind of on paper statistics for how much my fitness has improved.
