My current weight is 155. 175-155=20!
I didn’t even notice that I was losing weight. If only my body image would catch up.

I didn’t even notice that I was losing weight. If only my body image would catch up.
I guess I didn’t really think about it. I’ve lost 15 pounds over the last half year just by existing.
8 days ago, I weighed 175. After doing the master cleanse I’ve lost 13 pounds. I fully anticipate gaining some of that back, but if i can manage to gain only 3 pounds, i will have lost 10 pounds. WHICH IS HALFWAY THERE!
