I quit smoking for 15 months and then slowly but quickly I’m back at buying my own pack again; so I’ve requit on June 7th (Yes, just yesterday!) but at least I’m trying.
It’ll go one day at a time, one positive step after the next and right now all I need is it breathe.

4. I have whiter teeth
5. I breathe easier
6. I spend money on nicer things
7. I have more time to interact with those I care about
8. I stay healthier longer
9. I taste food better
10.I crave better things
