I started backing my own bread and it is so much better than store bought. And better for you! I have Sunday mornings scheduled as my baking time. If something comes up, I know that I can’t bake bread that week and buy it, but most of the time I bake it. Takes a good chunk of time (mainly babysitting the rising dough), but definitely worth it!
