I have a lot of interests and to some people my interests conflict with who they think that I am. People love to put me in a box as one type of person, when I really don’t feel that way all the time. I really just want to live my life and be myself without explaining to people who I am or the way I feel. I want to be me with no regrets and no apologies.

It’s been four weeks and I have lost and gained the same .2 lbs! I know that there are times that I exercise more than other times, but I always write and calculate everything in. Maybe I shouldn’t be eating my exercise point, I average 2-4 a day. I don’t know, all I know is that this is really frustrating me to no end. Maybe my body is adjusting to the years of overeating. I didn’t want to lose weight too quickly, but this is insane!
I have been looking for someone that I can really openly share my goals and successes and really have them care and help lead me down the right paths. Usually what I end up doing is listening to the other person tell me about their dreams and helping solve their problems. I don’t mind doing this as long as I feel there is reciprocation. I have thought about some people that I would really like to mentor me, but they are all so busy.
