How I did it: The banks in Dubai are easy and difficult. They approve you easily if you have a high salary regardless of how much other debt you have but it takes a while and a lot of paperwork. Started using GrooveShark and making a ong playlist of my favorite songs of all time. Using a special tool that records from GrooveShark to .mp3 files then will publich my list on FaceBook. Right now my favorite song is Run by Leona Lewis.
