I used to have very very very bad insomnia long time ago. I got over it and I felt so good.
Now I lost my sleeping habits for some reason! I cannot sleep till 5am and if I get up early(8-9am) it’s like my body doesn’t let me! It juts takes me back to the bed. Of course this is not insomnia, this is bad habit.
I think what I have to do is now matter how late I sleep one day, I HAVE to get up in the morning no matter how dead I feel and stay like that the whole day, so I could go to sleep at 10pm… let’s see how it goes!
