I have two main goals with this. First I’m trying cut down on red meat and maybe stop eating it altogether. Second, I want to eat less meat over all. I don’t think I will ever give up meat altogether but I think cutting back will be beneficial.
Right now we eat red meat about once or twice a week.
I also have a meatless supper once a week.

How I did it: I bought a 2000 Honda CR-V. It wasn't my first choice but it's in grea't shape with low miles. The best part is that I paid cash and I don't have to wory about a car payment every month. I enjoy having one less bill. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I live in Missouri where the soil is nothing but clay and rock, so I built a raised bed. It costs a little more to start but it is so worth it.Last year I had a single 8 by 10 raised bed. Now that's doubled and I planted 4 fruit trees and 3 blueberry bushes. You wouldn't believe how good it feels to know that you grew what you are eating, it just seems to taste so much better. Read how I did it…
I haven’t finished school and this pregnacy is realy testing my need to control everything but it’s still worth it. I’m due in October and we’re having a girl. Her name is Charlotte. I’m so happy, nervous and full of anticipation.
We’ve got our garbage down to one grocery sack a week. We still compost fodd scraps and going to the local farmers market when we can. I try to buy in bulk or lager packages with less packaging. It is a on going learning processes. There is always something else that I can change.
