I have lost 1 lb in the past two weeks. I sprained my ankle last Thursday so haven’t been able to exercise at all. Well slow and steady, at least it’s going in the right direction.

Good Start

I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 3 lbs this week. I have done 3 walks of over 7 miles each this week, so if I can keep this up I will be really pleased. I am determined to stick to the diet this time.
Starting again

Well after 5 weeks on holiday in Malaysia and Australia, I have put on another 6 pounds. After all we ate and drank I am just so pleased it wasn’t more. So the diet starts again in earnest.
I weighed myself this morning and shall weigh in each Monday. I have 1 stone 2 lbs to lose.
