Need to add a pic of my hoop at some point, but anyway, finally hooped. Video-ed myself, completely embarrassing, but will enjoy watching it a year down the line.

How I did it: I don't like biting polish so keeping my nails painted at all times finally broke the habit. Although it took about two months of conscious effort, I've been biting my nails on and off since I was 8 (24 years of biting!)My nails were painfully short (literally so) but I started by filing away the rough edges (ouch!), snipping off the hangnails and moisturizing. Things are good; concentrated on managing work well last week.
Upped my intake of fresh fruit, and ate chia seed pudding every day.
Apartment is a bit of a tip, but that an nothing an hour of cleaning and straightening things up won’t solve.
Nails are very sparkly, against office policy, but dammit. It’s a tame way to rebel.
Cable TV: cancelled. Big savings will be made. Although this will only make sense if I actually start budgeting instead of living paycheck to paycheck.
Started working out every evening; had a good hooping/weights/stretching 50 minute go on Wednesday, then a weaker 30 minutes yesterday. Ready for some hooping tonight and stretches. As long as I keep moving most days, I should see my stamina increase.
Weekend! SO HAPPY.
