I’ve stopped soft drinks before only to return. I’m actually thinking what my choice is to go with a limit of sodas on special occasions only or two per week maybe. I went ahead and chose this goal because of the nice comments and number of other people persuing this goal. I actually like tea just as well as long as I plan ahead and have it made in the fridge. I do agree with the person who said that fast food goes better with soda. I think one of the hardest parts for me is eating out at fast food restaraunts and finding something else to drink.
I think to check this off of my list I will go with one or less soda per week (Sunday through Saturday) for 6 months. I hate the ongoing unmeasurable goals.

How I did it: I plan and consider the next project I have coming up. Just don't lose sight of living in the moment and enjoying NOW. It's a balance. I look forward to dates I have coming up, yet don't lose sight of what I should be taking in right now. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Style magazines were of little use since most of the advertised items I found were impractical for the average person. It's nice to find something stylish without feeling out of place here. Read how I did it…
So today is day one. I am going to do this every day that I am home (not traveling) until the end of the year. (Don’t you hate the goals you can never check off!) I can’t find the 50 minute dvd I really love so I did 20 which seemed OK since I’m fairly out of shape at the moment. This is the first time I’ve done this since before my daughter was born and she’s two! I must find my favorite dvd. I also looked up new Winsor dvds but hate to spend the money. :(
I’ve been working on this for quite some time and I think it’s going very well. This is something that becomes a habit. It’s thinking of the end outcome of every product you purchase and almost every decision you make. So far I’ve set up a recycling program. Almost everything that can go does go to goodwill, etc. I make purchases based on the final end of the item. This can also be a very depressing thing when you realize that even when the mainstream person does everything they can, so much is still wasted/ :( On a more positive note, my garden is doing VERY well! I am going to mark this off my list because I feel I am in the habit and the trend in my life will continue.
