I would like to achieve this by 2010. I am nowhere near this goal at the moment, but it is my ultimate weight-loss goal.

My first mini-goal on the way to achieving this is to get the majority of the reading and notes I will need to do next term completed before term starts. That means building up my attention span and putting in the hours. I have the reading lists and the books, I just need to motivate myself to start and keep going. It will be really tough, but if I can do it I will be less stressed in term-time and have extra time to do high-quality work.
