I have heard from a handful of my friends and family members that have gone raw for years, that had a very difficult time keeping weight on and loss of menstrual cycle. I am wondering if the organs become weak after little exercise through digestion? Anyone have any insight?
Going Raw and eating Live is the only way I feel wonderful. I am trying to avoid Candiases and this diet has completely healed me from it, gives me more energy, clears my face of acne, makes me feel more alive, i want to treat my body like a porcelein doll now.. i stoped drinking, i sleep more (even though i don’t need to with the new energy) i love it! I recommend it to anyone, however, I am proceeding with caution because I want to maintain a good balance.

This is definitely a newer way to learn how to skate, but a friend gave me this ‘how to’ video that explained EXACTLY how to land tricks on a skateboard. It told me where to turn my shoulders, how to stand on it, when to bend my knees, etc., and it wasn’t too slow or too fast. I got it as a Christmas present because i always talk about how rad it would be to know how to shred. I can barely catch a ball i’m so uncoorinated, and I have, SINCE DECEMBER ‘06, learned to kickflip, front and backside boardslide and heel flip. I think i could give it to my grandma and she could learn. i looked at other skate videos bc i was so amazed that it worked, but there weren’t many that went into actual detail about how to do the trick. the DVD is ‘Skateboarding Explained.’ my friend got it from Amazon, but the guy that put it out has a website and myspace.
