do minimal exercise everyday for 30 days 5-7 push up 10 situp, 1 to 2 miles on the eliptical



3day no carbs (read all 2 entries…)
carb free 2 years ago

this is my 4th day minimal carb..3 more days of no carbs…Just to get me off this sugar binge i have been on…then on monday 10mg of carbs for 7 days
