I started losing weight in Jan. I lost about 8 pounds over four months, I didn’t really change anything, just did a yoga class about an hour a week.
This summer I was in Moscow, at the Moscow Art theatre school and 10 pounds in a month again from mainly different dance classes and walking.
I’ve recently started to see a naturopath and am following this diet, I’ve been on it for about three weeks, and have lost 12 pounds, bringing my lost to date up to 30 pounds.
I still have so far to go…..
