How I did it: I first tried to quit about ten years ago and had tried just about everything, but I finally quit on Jan. 1, 2009. I HAD to quit- I have asthma and since I moved to Asheville, really bad allergies that make it worse. So, I asked my doctor for Chantix and started a week before New Year's Eve....and on NYE I smoked my last cigarette. How I did it: I did it by finally deciding to do it, and having a friend to sign up with. We went in together and signed up, and we chose our schedule of classes together and have been going regularly. We are taking cycling, yoga and pilates. I love it! Read how I did it…
