The freshman 15 is inevidable, it seems.
sigh.. I don’t even really care though – I’ve got MUCH MORE important things to spend my time doing! Like GETTING MY Bachelor of Arts!!!! Holy smokes.. in 4 years I’ll have a degree! EXCITING!

WOW, so I am 152lbs now. The freshman 15 is knockin’ at my door!!! AHH! I can’t even think about it – I’m so sad :(
I joined the gym, and I’m working out every monday wednesday and friday morning that I can.. on the elliptical, mainly. But I’m still snacking on sugary things, and eating pasta, and large portions.. I need a MAJOR intervention if I want to get down to 135.

It is th eend of August right now.. and I started off this month at 147 pounds I think? Well, to date, I am still 147 pounds. I don’t think it’s possible to lose 10 pounds in a week, so I am TWEAKING this goal to losing 10 pounds by Christmas! I think I should be able to do that :) 2 and a half pounds a month? definitely do-able.
