im starting to the positives in the negatives. i hope this will affect my way of thinking about things for what is the point of living life unhappy.

ive learnt loosing weight takes time, alot of time.
i cant just expect it to happen overnight , but i will keep trying.
been eating heaps more fruit
trying to substatute junk food with healthier alternatives.
