ive learnt loosing weight takes time, alot of time.

i cant just expect it to happen overnight , but i will keep trying.

going to continue with this goal, but so far have not been keeping up to the standards i would like.

i cant do everything i want to do in my life all in one day .

but i am going to set future goals that i want to complete.

i want to travel the world. i want to get into my chosen university.
finish level 7 exams in piano by year 12.

i hope to acomplish all these things, because in a second your life could be gone, and i want to live every day of it to the fullest.

this last week ive been away on vacation ..

in that time i went for a jog each day, swam in the ocean and rode my bike.

i think this all counts as excersizing.

i think ive basically achieved this :D

there will always be those off days when i feel like crap, but i dont care what other people say anymore .. not that people do say stuff that i know of.. just that im not going to worry what they might be thinking.

i like myself they way that i am.

holidays ruin diets…

i will eat healthier .. and i do eat alot of fruit
but i know that i should be cuttin back on junk food.

im readin this book that my friend lent me ..

and its realli good at explaining how to achieve your goals..

the part im up too talks about seeing the positive side of things.

its really helpful and i think it will help me achieve this goal

i want to link all my goals to this one.

for example, the ‘reach my goal weight’ goal, i am going to try and not think negative thoughts about my body shape so that i am not putting myself down but ecouraging myself to keep going and achieve my goal.
