What is the big, freaking deal about doing this? 21 months ago

I did take a teeny, tiny baby step last week: moved the domain to a hosting company and paid for a placeholder page and an e-mail account. As much as I can’t let this goal go, I can’t seem to get my arms around it entirely.

I have a blog and don’t need a personal journal type site. I have nothing to sell, but I would love it if the site could become sort of a sideline business or an avocation. But what???

Despite not populating this first domain I bought another one not long ago. This because the name is tied to a business I hope to open one day. That site I’m clearer about, but have no start-up capital and am not in a position to gather it…yet!

...no trip to Jamaica for me, at least not in the near future : (

It is so pretty. Even though I know that insidious RFID chip is hiding under the cover I love it. Very nicely designed. And full of blank pages, just waiting for stamps from far flung journeys to explore interesting cultures by the dozen.
