You never really are done learning a martial art, but I got my black belt in 3 years. I participated for 7 years, but life has kind of “gotten in the way” so to speak. It will help your confidence as well as get you in good shape, if you go consistently, that’s the key, I think.

How I did it
How I did it: We got licensed as foster parents. When she was placed with us, we quickly realized we wanted her forever so we sent a letter to the judge, stating if she became adoptable, we wanted her. Even our other kids signed it.
