Learn a martial art
Kuk Sool Won

You never really are done learning a martial art, but I got my black belt in 3 years. I participated for 7 years, but life has kind of “gotten in the way” so to speak. It will help your confidence as well as get you in good shape, if you go consistently, that’s the key, I think.

Make a quilt
quilting addiction

Making a quilt turned into making lots of them. It is my creative outlet. I just need to make time for it.

stay home more
Feeling better already

We have too many outside activities that all seem “vital”. Well, after a week of not having anything scheduled, I feel so much more peaceful and relaxed. So I have decided to cut back on the early intervention that I wasn’t happy with anyway and reduce PT time. Also, DH said he’d grocery shop for me. And it seems a good time to familiarize #1 son w/bus route to college! I’m excited to see how it goes.

I’ve done this off and on for years. It works, so I don’t know why I quit. I want to be consistent with it.

appreciate my parents
Untitled

My parents are wonderful people who gave me a great life and lots of support. But I focus on what they do that drives me nuts. This I want to change.
