the first thing im going to do is set away 2 thousand dollars for times i may need it.
aside from that, im going to save for things i want and maintain that i never buy anything on finance again

i weigh around 72 kg right now i can bench press 58 kilos. i have done weightlifting in the past and the highest i achieved was being able to bench 68 kg, im certain i can duplicate those results and push myself well beyond that in the next 4 months.
id like to raise my bodyweight from 72kg to over 80 kilos, it is probably the biggest thing i can do to boost my self esteem right now, having more muscle will leave me better equipped for any situation which directly affects my confidence when interacting with people.
im going to workout at home to achieve this, doing most of my freeweight training every second day, and every day after that day being set aside for some more particular areas of traing. i am also going to focus on what i eat to meet my bodies protien and carb requirements.
