How I did it: I did Teabo 3 times a week the first 2 weeks, and walked 1 mile the days I did not do Teabo. Thereafter, I slowly built myself up to jogging. One block at a time, then two blocks, then three! Eating healthier, not starving! I wanted to lose 1 lb a week, so that I could keep it off! I would love love to lose 5 more lbs....but as of right now, I am happy and continuning to build up my cardio for overall health. Read how I did it…
How I did it: When I when up to New York for the holidays this last year, I hit two birds with one stone. I took the subway to Wall Street, took a picture with the "Wall Street Bull" and then walked to te Brooklyn Bridge (Manhattan Side).....it took me a good 25-40 mins because I stopped to take pictures.
