Downloaded a program (Time Out) today to help me with this. Automatically scheduled breaks where it blocks out my screen. Hoping it will help me start to be aware of my habits.
Going to use ical more too to start programing in other routine breaks and tasks I should start paying attention too in my life.
Finished a book last week, halfway through one now. Also really reviewed my reading list in a GTD sense and cut a bunch of stuff off it I really wasn’t interested in, and the revised list renewed a sense of enthusiasm and made it seem more doable.
Have a full house now and it’s great. There’s a couple of people that don’t fit into the whole co-op ideal I want but even just getting two was a giant step on the way towards what I want. At the very least this whole experience of interviewing people really has helped me clarify exactly what I want from this lifestyle experiment.
