I finally got the place.
Its working out amazing.
Its a one bed apartment thats just perfect for me. the complex is lovely and the people are friendly and cool.
I bought the house on an affordable housing scheme. Goverement basically subdises the purchase with some guidelines etc in force. Its a win win though.
Mortgage is 677, and yesterday i just started getting my mortgage interested relief. I’m only going to be paying 478 for the place!! :D delighted.
Owning your own place is amazing. Though it does trade different types of freedom for others….I’ve had to ‘budget’ for the first time ;)
