i went on half of a road trip by myself then was joined up…also was in contact with people all the time…damn cellphones. it was nice, but i want to do a whole thing, from one place, to several other places, then back to where i started, completely alone, and out of contact.
every couple of months i get all determined, and i start re-editing my work…but then i never actually submit anything. well tomorrow or the next day i swear i am going to go buy a bunch of envelopes and stamps and printing paper and do this. yeehaw.
last winter i spent a week driving all around texas…i was in marfa for two days, tried to see the lights but saw nothing. SADNESS. but the people at the winery outside of marfa told me all about how ridiculously bizarre they are, cause apparently they see them like every other month. one day i’ll go back out there =(
