Starting to experiment with focus and relaxation with a street sign right across the street from my home. I look out of the window and at this moment the sign is a blur. My wife can see if crystal clear.
As I experiment I see changes in focus. The letters of the street name are getting sharper. I visualize that the front surface of my cornea is rounded as it should be and I experiment with glazing, focus in the distance, up close at 50%, 30%, just trying different things and the shape and sharpness of the letters of the street name change. Still I can’t read them, but small changes are happening. It’s only day 1, what do I expect. Nothing really. I take small steps. I love the experiment and I believe everything is possible.
The launch of my product!!!
May 23, 2013 is the day my product went online. Yes I’m making money and the feedback is positive.
Was it worth it? Yes if only for the experience of building a blog, a website, an audience, a webshop and teaching and helping people doing what they love most.
Busy with the last couple of months:
- Creating a website to sell my product.
- Upgrading to a Virtual private server for my blog.
- Adding “Add to cart” buttons on the website.
- Keep editing and updating the Ebook
- Announcing the product is coming soon.
- Adding more great videos to the product.

I’ve ordered a book of Leo Angart. An eye-improve expert.
Just read 60 pages and it’s really inspiring. The exercises are coming next. Just got a cold and the flew last week, so no energy to get into the exercises yet. I did try not to put on my glasses for most of the time and that feels good. Only in the evening when my eyes get really tired and I want to watch TV I’ve put them on. That’s fine.
to be continued soon….
Since a few weeks I pretty much practice and improvise every day. I forget to post it so I’m doing it now.
I’m putting on guitar blues of jazz backingtracks on spotify and I go for it. I incorperate a new idea or ideas into my playing every day…intervals, licks, triads, arpeggio’s and patterns.
I hope to keep it up for a long while and not to forget because of other priorities. I think I’ll manage.
Finished the whole course! Yeah!!!!
Although I learned the course pretty seriously, there is still a lot of work and repetition to be done. I’m busy repeating bits and parts every week of the whole course and I’m improving my guitar playing immensely.
I made a huge leap in my guitar playing since I’ve done this course and I will continue on this path, expanding my guitar vocabulary and improving it till the day I die.
I just love getting better. Knowing your shit feels like eternal freedom on the guitar! Nothing feels better, okay almost nothing. :)
Decluttered and cleaned the house from top to bottom.
Got rid of many things. Loving the peace and tranquility as a result.
I’m going to try the Dr.Bates Method for 2 months starting today with the help of a youtube video from this lady.
