I think I may have found something that works, Weight Watchers! No feeling deprived and eating real food. I have 27 points and I get to eat pizza and cookies. It’s amazing! A study came out that stated, it doesn’t matter what diet you choose, as long as you stick to it! So, I’m sticking to it, to reach 199!!!

How I did it: My company purchased the SHRM Learning System. I studied each module by reading and the completing handwritten notes. I used the flashcards provided with the system and took the mini tests to gauge my learning.
