I’m starting just by saying that I have to get out there and be active for at least a 1/2 hour per day, hopefully more. usually when I start workout programs, I try to run too much (and I’m out of shape) so that’s sort of discouraging, so I’m going to let myself walk now :). I realize I have to build up to it.

Currently around 171 pounds. My first small goal is to be at 158 pounds. I don’t know how I let myself go this must, but I’ve never really had an exercise habit and I’ve always eaten whatever I wanted. I had a high metabolism until a few years ago (as in, I ate whatever I wanted and I was still on the low end of the healthy weight range), but then I just ballooned. I keep trying to lose weight but I’m so bad at it. I’m 5’7, so 158 is just at the top of my healthy weight range.
