Of course, there will always be new things to learn, but now I am comfortable finding pictures, saving them, and loading pictures from my phone to my computer. (-: A work in progress.

How I did it: Finding a free pattern that inspired me was the key point. I couldn't figure out some of the directions, but I went back to making a plain old granny square, and watched a few YouTube videos, and I was back on track. This is such a cute pattern!http://www.artoftangle.com/snowflake.htm Read how I did it…
How I did it: I don't know, I think the most important motivation for getting cleaning done is to have guests -- especially guests who have beautiful, immaculate houses! When cleaning the fridge, try to choose the day before grocery day, and don't let things accumulate -- try to eat things up before you actually clean it. I’m modifying my plans a little this year. I’m trying to make up a two-week menu, and use it for six weeks at a time. This way, I’ll keep seasonal, and get really good at the dishes I make. This worked pretty well for the end of winter, but I didn’t strictly follow the menu. I learned how to make a fabulous fish chowder, though!
I’ll try and get a two-weeker posted by Monday.
Not the little lap throw I mentioned earlier (still a WIP) but a little lap afghan with a snowflake pattern that I crocheted. Pattern is here: http://www.artoftangle.com/snowflake.htm And this isn’t mine, but it looks like this. I didn’t do the edging. It was such a fun pattern to crochet! I think I may not be a knitter, but crochet I can eventually get done.
