Finally feeling mostly better

I am not perfect but finally at a livable level. I’m starting to feel more like my old self. One thing I’ve learned from all of this is not to be as tough on myself and let little things go. We are eating like crap because I only have so much that I can do each day, but I’m not beating myself up about that. I’ve decided to focus on going back to work this month. I am a teacher and this will be my focus for the month. Next month I am going to focus more on eating a healthy diet and improving my physical fitness. One goal a month for now!
