Why I want to lose weight...
  • I am overweight.
  • I weigh approximately 6 stones above my ideal weight.
  • I have a child on the way.
  • I have a large gut that gets in the way of things.
  • I’m finding less and less shops that will do clothes to fit me.
  • I often find myself short of breath.
  • I’m starting to get fed up with the way that I look.
