make creme brulee

I’ve made my own creme brulee for a long time, but recently I discovered a frozen version at costco. It comes in a ceramic dish…just add sugar and torch and it’s ready in 10 minutes! Tastes pretty good too…so now I do that instead of make my own. The goal really is to EAT creme brulee, not make it, right?

Drive across the USA
14 hours and I'm still in Texas? 1 year ago

I drove across the southern part of the US this past winter from San Jose, CA to Gainesville, GA and back again. I am very glad I did this, although next time I’d like to not be in such a rush and take more little highways. The landscape just flys by so fast on the interstate. If you have a chance to detour—DO IT!
