It took me three months to finally start drinking 8 glasses of water every day. My body had to get used to it, at first I would feel like I was going to puke because it was so much to drink but after my body got used to it, I even needed to drink more than 8 glasses a day to quench my thirst. I no longer drink anything else unless I am in dire need of energy drinks or coffee. Water is free from the tap, and you don’t have to waste plastic [if you’re not buying bottles]. My skin even became healthier and my complexion cleared up a lot.
