My plan 2 years ago

I want to lose these by Christmas, or at least 7. I think that is reasonable. My plan:

Breakfast = protein and carb
Lunch = protein and veg
Dinner = veg

No snacking, lots of water, lots of exercise and if eating out, be careful. I am not giving up alchohol though – but I am going to cut down and stick to spirits more.
