How I did it: Persistence.. basically. as much as i hate to drive, but till the time I dont get a 5 figure pay check monthly, i guess I ll be driving.. myself... I'm glad that I can drive...but I honestly need Practice... like any other thing, so basically Persistence is the key, I faced my biggest fear of driving. and now i feel much better.... How I did it: Pure will power, just keep off the fast food long enough and next time you cross a fast food joint u wont even care...the key is to be strong... I quit because i want to become lean like brad pitt in fight club. there's is no way to do the same if i eat fast food.quit fast food.. and become a healthy person...:) Read how I did it…
How I did it: the trick is to be slow but steady. I slowly stopped drinking booze, smoking, etc.1.Seek family help they know you best and the best part is they wont judge you.2. eat lots of fruits and vegetables. it really helps.3. do any type of exercise, it can range from, jogging, to playing any sport, like tennis or football (soccer). I dont think i;’ve had a proper kiss… that i can call my first kiss…. Im gonna meet the love of my life in 10 days… i think she likes me too.. so who knows… pray for me … :)
I’ve Started “the get lean diet” today is the first day it’s pretty difficult to manage but I got to try it.
Break fast- This meal has more fat because I have all day to burn it off.
Lots of cold water (to kick start the metabolism)
2 egg whites.
2 brown bread slices with I put low fat peanut butter. Oh I love peanut butter. Or cheese slices (Toasted)
(Cheese is rich in protein.)
Next meal – around 9
Small Protion of Oatmeal with Raisins.
Noon … 3 rd meal-
A fruit – say apple or banana (Apple helps build muscles, Banana hi calorie. Required for the work out)
2:00 PM – Meal 4
Mummies good cookin….. Small portions of Indian food. What ever it may be.
Usually pulses, little rice. And lots of vegetables.
Pre work out meal –
Half t-spoon of Peanut butter. (Like I said I love it, low fat variety of course)
Post Work out meal –
Low fat milk and little honey (Honey – easiest form of sugar to the body, hence after the work out.)
Diner – 7 pm
Mammas good cooking. Or something like multi grain pasta. And sometimes I even have some soup. (Delicious and healthy)
(Before anyone starts this meal plan, please consult your doctor. I have made this plan after a lot of study. But it may not suit you.)
Ah that’s it….
I calculated online my fat % i.e. 14% and out of that 4 kgs is proper fat… which I need to eliminate.
As far as I know 9 % body fat is the lean look. So basically OH MY GOD!! How do I lose so much fat??? About considering I have made it this far I guess I can get the 9% level…
And the world doesn’t help. Yesterday I was chilling with my friends and one of them owns a big bakery in the city, so we were at one of the outlets. Bloody hell… it had great stuff. Allover. I remember sitting there and eating brownies. (Which btw are awesome) but my self control kicked in 3 to 4 seconds. And I didn’t feel bad. They had brownies, quiches, etc… and I drank coffee… not bad id say.
Anyhow….. The other day I was out in the city wit my ma, and I saw a shop which specializes in “Sports nutrition” I mean …. Oh come on!! Am I being punished for something?? It was full of those products called “GET RIPPED ABS NOW” OR “MUSCLES NOW”…. And such other rubbish… yes I’m still sticking to the no steroids/supplements rule…. so I didn’t even go in but yes the thought was on the back of my mind all day. (Not anymore)
