I’m getting better. I’m trying to do so every morning after I settle into work but before the boss arrives.

Apparently five years in gradeschool, four in high school, and a semester in college is not enough. I need to be speaking every day. I want to be fluent in a language other than english- it’s ridiculous that america is so self-centered.

I used to do either yoga or pilates every morning before I started sleeping less and working full time. I have to make this a priority in my life- it makes me feel better. And I need to lose weight to be healthier.
