How I did it: I bought a big binder, some page protectors, and dividers.Began by going through all my recipes, scattered all over the kitchen and broke them in to piles.My piles were: Main courses, Casseroles, Soups/Stews, Desserts, and Extras. Extras turned in to a catch all for things left over.I also made a pile for "Want to try" recipes, but those go in a binder pocket and are not placed in the binder unless they're a hit or something I plan to mak… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Although I quit my higher paying job in loss prevention, I had a decent amount of money saved up for this event! I called up my credit card company, explained my circumstances, and asked if they could help me.They did! By offering me a hardship discount called a "match pay".Yes, I did have to cough up half of my amount charged, but they matched the other half.
