Third time's a charm!

This is my third time “quitting” since I started smoking regularly two years ago. This shall prove difficult as I tend to smoke more during emotionally strenuous times and I always seem to be going through those times. I also like to smoke socially, especially whilst drinking. My friend told me it only takes 28 days to break a habit. After he said that I thought about it for a second and threw my Stogies away. We’ll see how this goes.
This is day two.
