Well I’ve finally started losing weight. I’ve lost 3 lbs since last Tuesday and that’s just by cutting regular pop out of my diet and walking on the treadmill. I’m finally since progress!! YAY!!!

Getting into running regularly was hard but I just started going down to the PT gym where I work and started walking on the treadmill. Before long I was running on the treadmill 5 times a week.
I got a better job as a brand new Nurse Aide working for the state making $11.50 an hour! I’m making more than my friend who has been a Nurse Aide for 2 years!
