I think that when you enter into a friendship, you are going to fail. A lot. I think that you will make plenty of mistakes, say plenty of mean things, and feel like you’ve been neglected. There is no “perfect thing”, and friendship is one compromise after the next. And, you know, that’s okay. Because honestly? How can you appreciate the good when you’ve never experienced the bad? But at the end of it all, I guess the dilemma dwells not on whether you fail, but rather, how hard you’re trying to right your wrong. Friendship has a lot of inevitables, and failing is just one of them.
