Weekends only . . . does that mean 2/7 or 3/7? Should I allow Fridays, Sundays, or both?

Red wine: Shiraz, Chianti, and Pinot

Suds: Guinness, Geary’s Pale Ale, Dirty Penny Ale

Booze: V-1 Vodka gimlet, Eagle Rare Bourbon

Former one cup a day guy

Now I go for two or three w/ morning paper. Sometimes and after-lunch jolt. It’s like crack, I can zoom if I have one after my afternoon blood sugar crash (caused by the sweets I’m trying to kick), blow right through 5PM and keep working.

But I have trouble sleeping. And it stokes my temper.

No more mid-morning muffins or afternoon cookies. OK, but only on special occasions or after being earned w/ an epic athletic endeavor.
