It was beautiful. Very small, at the park. And we had a wonderful vacation in Monterey to celebrate!

How I did it: I got it as a gift for Christmas and have been taking pictures ever since. I don't have much else to add... other than how much I am happy about taking pictures of my kids again! Read how I did it…
made some today – a little weird, but heck, I made up the recipe – and the kids liked em!
1 c cream of rice cereal
1 c soy flour
1/2 c oat bran
1/2 c corn starch (I think I’d leave this out next time.)
~ 1 c healthy margarine
1 c brown sugar
1/3 c unsweetened cocoa
1/3 c carob powder
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
some salt, ginger, and a pinch of ground cardamom
about 1 tsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cake Mexican chocolate chopped into small chunks/powder
I added some raw oats to the second half for a more oatmeal cookie feel.
