we, up here in Marquette, have a mandatory phone tree… if you see ‘em, you call people, no matter the hour. I’ve called people, sometimes twice, after 1 a.m. No one cares.
One night, I saw them first as a red light I thought was the ‘city’ lights, but they followed me out of town and I realized they were the Northern Lights. When I got out of town, and arrived at my friends house, they were ALL OVER the sky; very unusual. I went inside, said’ have you seen the Northern Lights’, and they all lept up like cartoon characters, and in a cloud of dust poofed out to the beach to watch the lights stream upwards, from all over the sky, to central points above us. They cast streaks across the waters of Lake Superior. Peace and joy to you…hope you get to see ‘em. I can’t ever see them without understanding why the Natives, the Eskimos, wouldn’t have imagined it was ‘God’, or the greater beings. I am humbled, always.
hey everyone, will you be at Hiawatha this weekend? Rock on! Check out Hiawatha Music Festival, in Marquette MI. Just google it. A great weekend of love, peace and music in the most beautiful place on Earth. No kidding. We’d love to share it with you.
Peace out.
