im determined.
i wassssss doing well…but ever since my bday in january i have gsined TEN POUNDSSSSS. jesus! i can see it in my face, arms and tummy and its just unexceptable. im really good and losing weight fast though lol.
today was day one. im going to the gym in a sec
i had no carbs…..
week 1&2 will be no carbds and gradulated excersize, then week 3 i will bring in minimal wheat and whole grains….alll through this i will continually eat fruits i dont careeee the carb content i dont want to die.
in the last couples weeks i will make an effort to work out even harder. i like the no carbs thing because it rules out all the junkfood i snack on as well as ice cream, fast food and just “easy food” as opposed to veggies and protein
anyway! since this was all gained through alcohol i WILL keep drinking but only 2 days a week. i know to some that siounds like a lot still but these last few months i think i have drank about 5 days a week for as much i can think of. isnt that obsessive????
anyway gotta get back into my groove
