travel the world
see it all! 20 months ago

Well, I’m working on it. I’m about to add my 11th European country – Portugal – to my list. I’m confident I’ll never see it all, but I’m not going to stop trying!

be content with who I am
happiness is me...someday 20 months ago

I just want to get to a place where I can be content with myself without focusing on all my imperfections. I know flaws make a person who they are, but I have to STOP obsessing over my too big keister and beady little eyes. I mean JLo and Renee Zellweger are famous for them, right?

Buy a House
A Place of My Own 2 years ago

Well, I waited till very late in life to actually purchase my own home. I moved around the country a bit. While I feel I did the right thing by waiting, I also feel that the purchase of my house – the RIGHT house for me (and my sweet little dirtbag) – has been amongst the most rewarding of all my life’s experiences. I have a direction in a life once aimless. I have roots where once I was a nomad.

It’s not perfect, it’s not the most beautiful, but my home is my heart and soul. My family is secure here as is my future.
