So I finally summumed the courage and did my gnome laugh for a crowd of about 100 people. It was at Phi Lamb’s fall retreat. I had promised my friend Ericka that I would do it for her, but she kept trying to convince me to do it for the talent show. Everytime I said I would do it she said to wait till there were more people around. So, finally I signed up for the talent show and did it. It was so exhilarating and every one thought it was funny. I’m glad I did it and I didn’t feel stupid!

build a castle

This past spring break I went on mission trip with the college group at my church. The site I was on had several different things that needed to be done like painting rooms and installing stadium lights in the basketball court out side the church we were working at. I happened to be one of the ones who was working on building the stage for their new puppet show, which turned out to me in the form of a castle. I was so excited that I happened to one of 2 people doing that when 250 people went on the trip. It turned out looking really good, now I just have to build a real castle.
