FullSail Real World Education, Orlando, FL. Degree earned: Associates in Show Production and Touring. Although I am now working on the administrative end of the industry, I learned the technical side of audio, lighting and video for the real world knowledge in these areas of entertainment. Lots of fun!

I was employed as the Operations manager for Bahama Mama Beach Club and Market Street Saloon late in 2004 in York, PA. Nightclubs are a different beast than restaurants, so managing a club and restaurant in the same building was quite the challenge! Again, lots of work, fun and experience. Definitely worth doing!

I managed five of six Applebee’s in Central PA. Lots of work, and lots of fun. The life experience was what I take the most from it. Many hours for a small paycheck makes you appreciate the effort it takes to run a business.
